For time-sensitive gifts (baptisms, birthdays, weddings), we recommend placing your order at least 7 business days in advance. If you're worried about timing, email us at support@highmarkcollective.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Yes. Gifts can be exchanged for store credit (no expiration) or for a different item of equal value. Just reach out and we'll handle it gently — no need to involve the gift-giver.

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item at no cost. We pack everything carefully but the journey from our warehouse to your door isn't always gentle.

Our notebooks use 80 GSM cream-toned, acid-free paper. The pages are smooth enough for fountain pens, with minimal ghosting and bleed-through. Each notebook has 100 lined pages (50 sheets) with a gold metal spiral binding and gilded gold edges.

Yes. Our praying lamb plush toys are made from CPSIA-compliant materials, with embroidered features (no small parts) and machine-washable construction. They're recommended for babies 0+.

Notebooks: wipe the cover with a dry cloth and store flat or upright. Avoid moisture. Lamb plush: machine wash cold on gentle cycle, air dry. Verse jar: hand wash glass; verse cards are dry-clean only.

At checkout, you can opt to include a free gift message — we'll handwrite it on a cream cardstock note and tuck it inside the package. No invoice or pricing is included when a gift message is added.
