Refund policy

At Highmark Collective, our goal is for you to love everything we make. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging — including the cream gift box and ribbon if applicable.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at support@highmarkcollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a confirmation within one business day.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive your return, we inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Email support@highmarkcollective.com to start an exchange.

GIFT RETURNS

Gifts can be exchanged for store credit (no expiration) or for a different item of equal value. We handle gift returns gently — there's no need to involve the gift-giver.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item at no cost. No return required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personalized items and items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or defect.
