Shipping policy

At Highmark Collective, we ship every order with care.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed within one business day of purchase. Tracking information is sent automatically once your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $49.99.

Orders under $49.99 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap for late 2026.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery at support@highmarkcollective.com. We'll replace the item at no cost.

TIME-SENSITIVE GIFTS

For baptisms, birthdays, weddings, and other date-specific gifts, we recommend placing your order at least 7 business days in advance. If you need expedited shipping or have a tight deadline, email us at support@highmarkcollective.com — we'll do our best to accommodate.
